I consider it my life's mission not to let math stop people from achieving their dreams. Throughout my several years of tutoring, I have heard many smart students say to me that they are considering not following their goals or interests because they do not want to take any more math classes. To me, this is one of the most disheartening things that I can hear, that a person would sell themselves short because they do not believe they are capable of doing the math. I think most people have the ability to learn the college-level math required for most majors! At this point in my life, I am currently doing one-on-one tutoring to help fulfill this mission.
When I am not tutoring, I enjoy archery, yoga, playing games, hiking, traveling, and taking care of my pet tortoise, Colonel Mustard.
